1. General Provisions

2. Subject

These Terms govern the sale of industrial refrigeration and HVAC parts through duelbg.com, primarily targeting professional customers (B2B) and individuals (B2C).

3. Registration and account

  • Registration is free and optional. You may also order as a guest.
  • The user warrants that the data provided is true and up to date.
  • One user is entitled to one active account.

4. Order and contract formation

  • An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form.
  • After submitting, you receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute contract formation — the contract is deemed concluded when we confirm the order is processed and ready for shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, impossibility of delivery, or other reasons.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euro (EUR) and include 20% VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bulgarian leva (BGN) prices are shown for reference in accordance with the Bulgarian Euro Introduction Act, at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
  • Payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit card (UBB Borica / myPOS).
  • For bank transfer, orders are processed after payment is received.

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries via Econt Express — to address or to office/econtomat.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Currently we deliver only within Bulgaria.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
  • Withdrawal is done via written notice to office@duelbg.com.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in case of defect.

8. Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 2 years for consumers, under Bulgarian CPA.
  • For companies and professional customers: as per individual contract terms.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation by unauthorized persons, or physical damage.

9. Liability

Duel EOOD is not liable for:

  • Improper use of products.
  • Installation by unauthorized persons.
  • Force majeure events.
  • Indirect damages from product use.

10. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, logos, design) is property of Duel EOOD or the respective rights holders. Copying and reuse without written consent is prohibited.

11. Applicable law

All disputes are resolved under Bulgarian law and in the competent court at Duel EOOD's registered office (Varna).

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
