Founded in 2002 in Varna, with headquarters in the Mladost district and a second office in Sofia, the company serves installers, engineering firms, industrial sites, and end customers across Bulgaria and the European Union.

2002

Founding

Duel EOOD begins operations as a trading company in Varna, focused on technical goods for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

2003

VAT Registration

The company is registered for VAT under № BG103715306, transitioning into a full B2B operation with VAT-compliant invoicing.

2008

New Leadership

Stefan Marinov Stoyanov takes over as managing director and sole owner, setting a new long-term strategy.
